This is a gathering of young people's ideas and a profound integration of culture and emotions.
As the night falls gently over the Lusilk Cultural Park and the lawn lights flicker on one after another, more than a dozen young people from prestigious universities including Fudan University, Beihang University, Shandong University, University of Finance and Economics, and Hanjiang University gather in Gaoping to attend this "Qixi Youth Thought Sharing Session".

Why hold such an ideological party for young people?
We have always believed that a family is the smallest unit of a country, and a country is a collection of thousands of families. We hope to integrate traditional culture with modern values to provide young people with an open platform for in-depth communication.
Qixi is not only a romantic festival but also a carrier of culture. We aim to take Luxiu culture as a medium and family-country feelings as the core, allowing young people to rethink the meaning of marriage, family and responsibility through traditional cultural experiences.

On the evening of August 28th, a BBQ dinner on the lawn of Lusilk Park kicked off the event.
On August 29th, Qixi Day itself, a roundtable discussion pushed the event to a climax. Centering on topics such as "the relationship between family and country" and "the current state of love and marriage among contemporary young people", the young people expressed their opinions freely, sparking constant ideological collisions.
"We are not opposed to marriage; we just have some worries due to certain unavoidable factors," shared one student. "Through everyone's exchanges, I also realized that I can no longer be 'capricious'—it's time to take on my own responsibilities, not just for my parents..."
Another student said: "I used to be a firm opponent of marriage, but now I realize that the continuation and inheritance of two families are very necessary. I feel the beautiful happiness of the bond between family members and couples—having a home makes life complete!"
Someone else added: "I used to think about issues simply, only considering whether I was happy. But each generation has its own mission; we cannot only pursue hedonism. Only by taking on more social responsibilities can the country become better, and we can become better too."
A student supplemented: "Marriage affects not only an individual but also the development of the entire society and even the country."

"I never expected to participate in such an in-depth ideological exchange activity in Gaoping," sighed one participating student. "I used to only think about myself, but my parents' generation thinks about the whole family. When I tried to put myself in their shoes, I suddenly understood them at that moment. When the issue of marriage is elevated to the national level, I realize how trivial the problems I used to worry about are!"
Another student said: "This activity made me realize that feelings are not just a matter between two people; they are also related to family harmony and social stability. We should treat feelings and marriage with a more responsible attitude."
What the students said most was: "Each generation has its own Long March (mission/responsibility). Please rest assured, parents; please rest assured, country. We know what path we are taking, and we will definitely live a good life!"
After the event, everyone said that this experience gave them a brand-new understanding of marriage, family and traditional culture, and they also made a group of like-minded friends.

On Qixi Festival, on the land of Changping, a group of young people are redefining the connotation of this traditional festival in their own way—moving beyond personal love to embrace the great love for family and country.
This is perhaps the most beautiful gift of this Qixi. This Youth Thought Sharing Session is an important part of the [Family and Country Gift] Dragon and Phoenix Cultural and Art Festival, and also an innovative practice of the group company in caring for young people's growth and inheriting traditional culture.
In the future, Lu'an Mansion will continue to build similar platforms, allowing more young people to grow through cultural exchanges and elevate themselves through ideological collisions.
